1) artwork - Digital artwork can be emailed to sales@king-shing.com ,

 to ensure client 100% no worry, we can sign confidential clause with each other,

 artwork preferred to AI , CDR or PDF format.

2) can you provide me samples ?

yes,we can provide samples to you to check the quality and other details before make business together .

 

 3)Should pay the sample charge ?

All samples will be charged double of the unit price ,sample charges will be refuned 

after that you place order with us

4) Payment - Payment made with cash, T/T or LC.  

5) Payment term :30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.  

6) How about your lead time ?

   Well, it depends on your quantity. Mainly we make short lead time due to our efficient production line.
   it is Within 20-35 days after deposit paid and golden samples confirmed.

7) Cancellations - Order can’t be cancelled without permission from factory if order placed. 

Cusomters should be liable for all charges inccured by cancellations.

8) Price term 

 -- All price are quoted on FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

 --All price are quoted base on standard package

 --Quotation validity: 1 month only

If you want us quote you the EXW price ,of course ,we can to do it

9) Product details confirmation - Before production, clients should confirm every details with factory,

 for example, with MADE-IN-CHINA label or not , what logo client need, with slikprinting ,

 metal plate or other else....etc.

10) Packaging - For all OEM products, clients must privde package requirement to factory.
